MDS' Mission

Monte del Sol Charter School is a small, rigorous public school of choice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We serve grades 7 through 12.

The mission of Monte del Sol Charter School is to challenge each member of its community, both youth and adult, to be a life-long learner and responsible community member or leader; and to support the education necessary for each individual to realize his or her potential. Read more...___

Donate to MdS programs

Ever wonder how Monte del Sol provides programs like mentorship, international travel, and competitive sports? As a charter school, we depend upon donations and fundraising to supplement the basic budget provided by the State. The cost of extra programming at MDS is about $750 annually per student. We have fallen short in our fundraising efforts this year to keep up with the needs of our students. We need your help! Please donate what you can on a monthly basis, $10, $15 or more by pushing the “Donate Now” button or click here to go to the donations page. . . Thank you.
