In 2011, Monte del Sol Charter School celebrated its tenth anniversary providing excellent education for the young people of Santa Fe. The Foundation for Monte del Sol is proud to have stood beside the school from the beginning, raising funds to support school programs and owning the building and land used by the school.
The Foundation provides support for many of the fine programs the school offers its students including the Mentorship Program, chosen by the Gates Foundation as one of the ten most promising practices in charter schools. The Foundation also supports the Edible Kitchen Garden program, recognized in 2010 as one of the top 100 youth garden programs in America by the National Garden Association.
We invite you to learn more about Monte del Sol by taking a school tour. To get started, send an email to foundation@montedelsol.org. Join us as we grow educational opportunities!
