Free After-School Tutoring: Beginning February 9th free tutoring in math, science and reading is available from 4:15 to 5:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Classroom locations posted on the easel under the portal. Please call your child's teachers or Advisor for more information.
Mentor Appreciation Evening: A reminder that this Thursday,February 16 is the special evening dedicated to our volunteer mentors and is a requirement for all students in mentorship this year, though anyone can attend. It promises to be a wonderful evening of desserts and music. Warehouse 21 on Paseo de Peralta, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Spring testing dates: The Standard Based Assessment tests for all students in 7th, 8th, 10th and 11th grade will take place on the following mornings in March. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, March 20, 21, 22 and 27, 28 and 29. There will be a make up day for students who are sick, however please do not schedule vacations or appointments during this time period, thank you.
End of Year High School exams: Monday, May 14 through Thursday, May 17th. Please do not schedule routine appointments on these days. Thank you.
